Yes, you can create an account for free and list or post on Jubilee also for free using a Guest account. The free trial version allows you to list or post on Jubilee without any cost. The free trial version gives opportunity to sellers to experience the platform before making a decision to join the community.

 

Do I have to pay to create a Customer Account?

No. It is absolutely free.

What is the minimum ads credits purchase for a Customer?

The minimum ads credits for a customer is 800 ads credits. The cost of 800 ads credit is GHS 80. There is no limit on the amount of ads credits a customer can buy.

 

Is there a Refund for ads credits purchase and Affiliate Subscription?

No. We operate a zero Refund policy. That is, subscription and ads credits purchase are NON-REFUNDABLE. Therefore, only buy ad credits as and when necessary and do your own due diligence before you join the Affiliate program.

What is the difference between a Customer and a Partner?

The difference is that a customer joins the community directly from the website without going through an existing selling partner whilst a partner joins the community through the invitation of an existing selling partner. 

 

What is the Revenue share Policy of Jubilee?

Jubileeglobal.org operates revenue share policy that allows it to set aside up to 40% of its revenue from ads credits and distributes it equally to all of its Founding partners.

How do I place an ad?

It's very easy to place an ad: Login to your account. Click on the menu . Click on listing. Select category, provide information on product. Upload picture or flyer of product. Click on listing again and allocate an amount of bundle to your listing.

 

What is the use of ads credit or bundle?

Advertising credits are used for listing or posting ads on Jubilee. It works just like internet data bundle.

How is my ads bundle used?

Ads bundle allocated to a particular listing or post reduces as and when people view the post. It is GHS 0.10 per view.

 

What should be the size of my banner post?

The size should not exceed 2500kb

 

Can I create an account on Jubilee from outside Ghana?

No, currently the platform operates only in Ghana. There are plans underway to expand to other African countries such as Nigeria, Togo, Kenya and others within the first half on the year 2024.

 

If I post a listing, will I also get more spam e-mails?

Absolutely not because your email address is not visible on the website.

 

How long will my listing remain on the website?

In general, a listing is automatically deactivated from the website when the allocated bundle is finished. You can reactivate the listing by allocating new ads credit to it. Once new ads credits are allocated to the listing, it automatically goes live on the website.

 

How do I know if someone has viewed my post?

Go to the No. of views section on your dashboard. It gives you the exact number of people who have viewed your post.

 

I sold my item. How do I delete my ad?

Once your product is sold or leased, log in to your account to remove your listing.
